As a result, MK2 and or your providing organization have no control over the quality, safety or legality of the items advertised, or the truth or accuracy of the listings.

MK2 and your providing organization are not responsible to facilitate interactions between you and merchants that post on the Site. MK2 and your providing organization will not, under any circumstances, arbitrate or otherwise resolve disputes between you and any merchant. However, MK2 will attempt to investigate multiple claims/complaints against a particular merchant and remove them from the program if wrongdoing is found.

MK2 and your providing organization are not responsible for any acts or omissions of the merchants arising out of their use of the Site, their manner in which they conduct business with you, any transactions between you and the merchants, or the use of any offers posted on the Site. Therefore, in the event that you have a dispute with one or more merchants, you agree to release MK2 (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees) and your providing organization from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
